To enjoy the warm summer weather, we had a nice BBQ at a member’s house. The evening started with refreshing drinks and snacks before we fired up the grill. As everyone brought something to share, the food was as international as our club!
Rotaract Club Munich-International Posts
Our member Timo went to the Rotary International Convention in Melbourne, Australia, last week. With more than 15,000 people filling the whole Rod Laver Arena, where the Australian Open take place, it has been a stunning experience.
Two of our members spent a weekend in Milan, Italy, for this year’s Rotaract European Conference (EUCO). During the conference, over 500 Rotaractors from all over Europe came together to connect, discuss, do social projects, learn new things and have unforgettable parties.
At the beginning of May, our president Martin had the opportunity to engage with the Rotaract Club Córdoba Catedral, La Cañada, in Argentina.
In April, Jacqueline Flory gave a talk about Zeltschule e.V. which is a non-profit association based in Munich. This organization supports Syrian refugees by running schools in tents for children in Lebanon and Syria.
On 22 of October 2020 we had the chance to be part of an excellent presentation and discussion with Natalia Müller!

Last Thursday we had the chance to be part of the presentation
of Antonia Schöller with the topic:
“Learning nuggets about health psychology in yoga.”
The board handover took place on Friday 14 of July 2020.
It was a chance to remember what we achieved last year but also a chance to take more energy and connect with each other for this year….
